Stay career focused this Easter

Are you looking forward to the Easter break? Why not take the opportunity to prepare for your future and get career ready. While appointments will be unavailable between 1st and 7th April 2021, you can still access a wide range of careers resources on CareerConnect and watch recorded sessions on our YouTube channel. Here are some ways that you can get involved over the Easter break to help boost your employability.

If you have not used our online CV checker yet, now is the perfect time to start! Writing a CV takes a lot of time, so make sure you use this tool to make the process easier. Got an upcoming interview and would like to practice? Why not use Shortlist.Me an interview preparation platform where you will receive automatic feedback on your performance. In a competitive job market it’s essential that you prepare and this platform is available 24/7 for you to access independently at a time that suits you. It’s a great way to get interview experience and become more familiarised with the interview process.

Don’t worry if you have missed an online workshop this semester, all recorded sessions are available on our YouTube channel for you to catch up on whenever you are ready. Are you looking to enhance your CV or to help the community?
