Just a quick blog post from me today!
This week the Careers Service received information about a new work experience opportunity for graduates. Denbighshire County Council has developed a work experience programme designed to help you learn new skills, improve your CV and help get you prepared for working life by giving you an insight and experience of their major areas of business. Business areas include:
- Education
- Human Resources
- Communications, Marketing and Leisure
- Planning and Public protection
- Highways and Environmental Services
- Library Services
- Legal and Democratic Services
Placements will take place during June/July 2014 and during this time you will also get the chance to work towards an Employability Skills Certificate to help you become more aware of your soft skills. Anyone interested in applying for this work experience will need to apply the 31st December. More information about this work experience opportunity can be found on the Denbighshire County Council website.
