Applications for the BBC Production Talent Pool are now open for those with passion for TV and radio. They’re looking for people who are full of programme ideas for support roles across the BBC Production Teams, from Radio 1 to Strictly Come Dancing and Doctor Who. As part of the Production Talent Pool you will be eligible for paid, entry level work in TV and Radio. Successful candidates will also be the only people who can apply for the Production Trainee Scheme which is a 12 month fast track traineeship for the programme makers of the future.
