Welcome back!  The start of a new academic year is a great time to get involved in student media.  Here at Manchester, we’re really lucky to have a first class student newspaper, The Mancunion, and  student radio station, Fuse FM.  Many students who have got involved have gone onto have successful media careers here and overseas.  You don’t have to be super confident to write an article, review or contribute to a radio programme, but the experience can make a huge difference to your sense of what you can achieve.  It also looks great on your CV!  So, if you’ve been thinking about approaching the Mancunion or Fuse FM, all the info you need is at http://manchesterstudentsunion.com/studentmedia  So, go on…
